Information We Collect Automatically

• Usage data: videos watched, search queries, time spent, interactions with features
• Device information: browser type, operating system, device identifiers
• Log data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URLs

Information From Third Parties

• If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google
• Our payment processor provides us with transaction confirmations and limited billing details
• Advertising partners may share data about your interactions with ads served on our platform

• Process transactions, manage your Coins balance, and manage creator revenue sharing and payouts

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Services, including cloud storage providers, video hosting providers, payment processors, analytics platforms, and advertising networks. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purposes of providing services to us.

Advertising Partners

We work with advertising partners to serve video advertisements. These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to collect data about your interactions with ads for measurement and targeting purposes. Under some laws (including California's), this may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. See Section 7 for how to opt out.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. We also retain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations (such as tax records for creator payouts), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need your data, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions

If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and port your personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

In the past 12 months we may have “shared” identifiers and internet/usage activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioural advertising. To opt out:

• Adjust your advertising cookie choices as described in our Cookie Policy
• Enable a recognised opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control) in your browser, which we will honour where required

You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will verify your request using the information associated with your account before acting on it.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Services and collect usage data. Specifically, we use:
