Coins Terms & Refund Policy

Overview

These terms govern your purchase and use of Koopi Coins (“Coins”) and are part of our Terms of Service. Coins are operated by Koopi LLC (“Koopi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. What Coins Are

Coins are a virtual item you can buy and use inside Koopi — for example, to skip advertisements and keep watching without interruption. Coins are a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access a feature of the Services. Coins are not money, legal tender, a bank deposit, stored value, or a payment instrument. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be combined across accounts.

2. Buying Coins

  • Coins are sold in bundles at the prices shown at checkout, in your local currency where supported.
  • On the web, payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise a charge to your selected payment method for the total shown, including applicable taxes.
  • If you buy Coins through a third-party app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), the purchase is processed by that store under its own payment, billing, and parental-control terms, and those terms apply in addition to these.
  • Prices, bundle sizes, and the number of Coins required for any feature may change at any time. Changes do not affect Coins you have already purchased.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to buy Coins. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase.

3. Using Coins

Coins are added to your balance after a successful purchase and are spent when you use a feature that requires them (such as skipping an ad or enabling auto-skip). Once spent, Coins are consumed and are not returned. We are not responsible for Coins lost due to your violation of our Terms.

4. Refund Policy

Because Coins are a digital product delivered to your account immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the Coins are delivered, except where a refund is required by law or granted at our discretion — for example, if Coins were not delivered due to a technical error, or in the case of a duplicate or clearly unauthorised charge.

To request a refund you believe is required, contact support@koopi.tv within 30 days of the charge with your account email and the transaction details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, and any corresponding Coins are removed from your balance.

Purchases through an app store. If you bought Coins through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those purchases are subject to that store's refund policy and must be requested directly from Apple or Google — we are unable to process refunds for them. To avoid disruption, please contact support@koopi.tv before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or app store, so we can try to resolve the issue; disputes filed without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account.

5. EU/UK Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By buying Coins and starting to use them, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. For any unused Coins within the withdrawal period, you may still be entitled to a refund — contact support@koopi.tv. This section does not affect your other statutory rights.

6. Expiry, Changes & Account Closure

We may, to the extent permitted by law, modify, suspend, or discontinue Coins or any feature they unlock. If we discontinue Coins entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and, where required by law, offer a refund of unused, purchased Coins. If your account is terminated for violating our Terms, any unused Coins may be forfeited. Unused Coins do not expire due to inactivity except where permitted by law.
